T&C - Return & Refund Policy & Shipping Guidelines:

  • ​​​​​​​To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • If you notice that the packaging is tampered or badly damaged you may choose to not accept the shipment and report to us immediately. 

  • If the product you received arrived in damaged condition you may return the same within 2 days from date of receipt of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange thereafter.

  • To return your product, you should first log a case/ticket or email us the reason for return, and by including all evidences of damages to the external packaging, product packaging and/or the product itself.

  • Upon receiving a confirmation from us to return the product, you may proceed to return the product you received along with its invoice to our address on the invoice.

  • Once the product is received by us and the reported issue(s) verified by our team, you would receive an acknowledgment from us and the refund would be processed with 7-10 business days.

  • The refund shall be processed to the preferred payment method you opted while requesting for return/refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and unless stated otherwise you shall be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and all associated costs for the returns.  

  • Depending on where you live, the time taken for shipment of your order and for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We advise you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are solely responsible for the safe return of the returned item(s) shipped to us.
